After several delays, the long wait has finally come to an end (yeay1!*claps*)!
Buddy Aldren and I had our date after my classes. Actually, earlier today, I was losing my hope of being with her due to the heavy rains. But fortunately, we made it. J
Exactly 3:47pm (on my phone), we begun our bonding with the interview. The questions somewhat caught me off guard because I don’t know whether to take them seriously or just simply answer them. Actually, there were some that I wasn’t really sure how to respond to. Thankfully, in cases like that, my buddy was to the rescue. She’d lighten up the question by sharing related personal stories. I’m glad to get to know her more as I was being interrogated. (Fact: Both of us don’t brush our hair; she could relate to my reason for not wanting my hair being touched.) :”>
4:32PM. We made way to our Buddy Task 2 since we’re behind the others [not to mention that these things have deadlines]. I’m not so sure how to describe our Consti Study because…. IDK. So, several minutes after, we’ve gotten over our <put an appropriate adjective here> BT2.
We chose Cuchera because for 1: Ang Babae sa Septic Tank was no longer showing; 2: we were both available during its screening; and 3: I wanted an Indie film because I’ve never been to Cinemalaya Festival! They say that you can experience a lot of fists on a date. On this particular one, here are mine:
ü Been to Cinemalaya (did I already mention that?)
ü Had snacks BEFORE the movie
ü Literally queued (a few meters) before the entrance
ü Encountered a spoiler whose predictions weren’t in
the plot
the plot
ü Stood next to a celebrity and didn’t care
My buddy really made my day. And oh, goodnight, I’ve an exam tomorrow at 7am. J
